I have been a chef for over 20 years and when travelling around Britain I always found it difficult to get a really decent soup and a sandwich, so I decided to open a place of my own called James Martin Kitchen serving up Proper British Food. Every ingredient used in our food is sourced as fresh and locally as possible that includes our bread, butter, cheese, salmon, chicken, pork and, of course, our cakes.
